Tennis is a great social activity that can be played by all ages. It creates spatial awareness, timing and co-ordination, as well as encouraging forward thinking and quick reactions.

These popular classes are formed into groups of age and ability so everyone learns at their own pace. They are taught by professional instructors who take pupils through the basics and quickly move them on to games within their groups.
